okay, sekarang lagi latihan fisik buat pertandingan si STOVIA bulan depan.
dan latihan fisiknya bener2 neraka banget deh.
so, i have to loose some weight. i think i will loose about 5kg from now. soalnya kalo gue bawa lari badan gue berat banget.jadi ga lincah.
so, i decided to do a diet program, which is ngurangin makan gue.
replace my breakfast with oatmeal and a glass of milk.
bring the mineral water everywhere.because i need to be fresh all day long.
makan siang nasinya setengah aja, makan malem kalo lagi pengen aja.
hahaha
gila, kalo begini terus sih gue bakal kurus dalam waktu sebulan.
senin sama rabu gue joging, pagi ataupun sore, jumat gue latihan basketnya.
dan selasa, kamis, sabtu, minggu disempetin joging 30 menit.

huaaaaaaaahhhh
semoga aja badan gue kuat. doain yah cooks.
